This is a detailed description of how to interpret the performance scorecard report.

The Performance Scorecard report is intended to provide leaders and managers with an overview of how their team is performing and where their people are spending their productive and remaining time. This showcases insights that may be enhancing or dampening their ability to perform to expectation.

Measure

Definition

Productive Hours

Total number of hours an individual spends on work that can be charged to clients

Productive Hours targets

Targets provided by your firm are calculated for each month based on the number of working days available

Productive hours progress

% of productive hours actual to productive hours target

Non-Billable hours

Total number of hours an individual spends on work that has not been charged to clients (available hours minus leave and productive hours)

Non-Billable Hours Admin / Support

This will be specific to your firm configuration, however, this generally includes the following codes related to:

  • Timesheets

  • Administration

  • Emails

  • Uncategorised time

Non-Billable Hours Client

This will be specific to your firm configuration, however, this generally includes the following codes related to:

  • Networking

  • Non chargeable client work

  • Sales

  • Business Development

  • Marketing

Non-Billable Personal

This will be specific to your firm configuration, however, this generally includes the following codes related to:

  • Training and development

  • Structured and unstructured learning

  • Mentoring (receiving)

  • CPD

Non-Billable Team

This will be specific to your firm configuration, however, this generally includes the following codes related to:

  • Mentoring (providing)

  • Team People Management

  • 1 - 1 catch ups

  • Everperform My People analysis

  • Training delivery

  • Reviews

Non-Billable Firm

This will be specific to your firm configuration, however, this generally includes the following codes related to:

  • Strategy

  • Transformation

  • Offsites and retreats

  • Firm Town Hall meetings

Non-Billable Operational

This will be specific to your firm configuration, however, this generally includes the following codes related to:

  • WIP meetings / scheduling

  • Debtor review

  • Monthly billing

  • Invoicing

Wellbeing Score

The overall score for all Wellbeing pulse factors at the end date. (Scores will persist even if there were no ratings in the time period selected)

Wellbeing Score - Variance

The change in the Wellbeing score based on the start date and end date of the time period selected.

Relationship Score

The overall score for all Relationship pulse factors at the end date. (Scores will persist even if there were no ratings in the time period selected)

Relationship Score - Variance

The change in the Relationship score based on the start date and end date of the time period selected.

Productivity Score

The overall score for all Productivity (subjective) pulse factors at the end date. (Scores will persist even if there were no ratings in the time period selected)

Productivity Score - Variance

The change in the Productivity score based on the start date and end date of the time period selected.

Productivity % Actual

Productive hours as a percentage of available hours calculated from timesheet hours (productive hours divided by available hours)

In this instance, available hours = timesheet hours - leave hours

Productivity % Target

Target Productive hours as a percentage of available hours.

Rater Compliance

The response rate to the pulses.

Rate Charged

Nominal charge-out rate for an individual (e.g. $250 per hour)

Timesheet hours

Total number of hours that an individual has recorded on their timesheet. Includes overtime.

Available hours

The number of hours an individual has available for work (timesheet hours minus leave hours)

Standard hours

The number of work hours as set out in an individual's contract (e.g. 7.5h/day, 37.5h/week)

Leave hours

Total number of hours of all types of leave (e.g. annual leave, personal leave, study leave). Categorised into "annual leave" and "other leave".
