When creating or editing a Measure you have the ability to control who has the ability to view or edit the Measure in question. By setting a Measure's visibility to Private you become the only person able to view, edit or delete the Measure, The Measure also becomes invisible to the rest of the app including summary pages such as the Performance Page no matter who is viewing it.

To set a measure as Private simply select the measure you wish to edit (in this example we are using Culture Ratings and viewing it from the Measures Page)

Then set its visibility to the desired state (here we are setting the Culture Ratings Measure to Private)

Once finished updating select Update.
