Below are a few terms that will help you get familiar with Everperform's features and language.
Pulse
A set of factors is sent to a user to be rated, either once off or on a schedule. A pulse can be self-rating (the user is rating themselves) or peer-rating (the user is rating their peers).
Factors, Factor Categories and Factor Types
A contextual question describing an element of performance that a user can rate. Factors are grouped into Factor Categories, which are grouped in Factor Types.
Measures
A measurable value (with or without a target) showing how an individual is performing against key business objectives.
Observations
A comment or reflection on an individual's performance, either from the individual themselves or someone else. It can relate to a factor, observation category or nothing.
Goals
A set of work a user needs to complete to achieve a result.
Milestones and Tasks
A milestone is a stage or step a user should complete to achieve a goal. A task is a small piece of work linked to a milestone that a user should complete to achieve the goal or milestone.
Subjective score
The score for categorical data created based on the pulse outcomes. Example: Wellbeing score.
Objective score
Score with numerical targets or KPIs. Usually, measures. Examples: WIP $, Productivity hours %
Rater
A person who provides feedback or evaluates an employee's performance. This may be an employee's manager, peer, subordinate, or customer.
Ratee
The person who is being evaluated or receiving feedback. This is typically an employee, but it can also be a team, department, or the organisation as a whole.
Factors

Factor Categories
Collection of factors for a specific area. Some factor types include Capacity, connection, mindset, flow, growth, etc.
Factor Types
Collection of Factor Categories grouped together - Example: Well-being, company experience, relationships, etc.
Top factors
Factors for which the user has scored the highest for a period.
Bottom factors
Factors for which the user has scored the lowest for a period.
Observations

Visualiser
A tool to view the scores and other performance data in a graphical fashion. Located under Analysis -> My Org section of the app.
Compliance rate
Percentage or rate of response to pulse surveys
