This is a detailed description of how to interpret the performance risk signals report.

The Performance Risk Signals report is intended to provide leaders and managers with an overview of how their team is performing and which lead indicator categories may be enhancing or dampening their ability to perform to expectation.

Measure

Definition

Rater Compliance

The response rate to the pulses.

Current Lead Indicator Score

The overall score of all the lead indicator pulse ratings submitted at the end date.

Lead Indicator Score Change

The change in the lead indicator score based on the start date and end date of the time period selected.

Previous Lead Indicator Score

The overall score of all the lead indicator pulse ratings submitted at the start date.

Current at Risk Factors

The number of pulse factors that have scores below 50% at the end date.

Previous at Risk Factors

The number of pulse factors that have scores below 50% at the start date.

Positive Movers

The number of pulse factors that have higher scores at the end date vs the start date.

Negative Movers

The number of pulse factors that have lower scores at the end date vs the start date.

Productive Hours

Total number of hours an individual spends on work that can be charged to clients

Productive Hours targets

Targets provided by your firm are calculated for each month based on the number of working days available

Productive hours progress

% of productive hours actual to productive hours target

Wellbeing Score

The overall score for all Wellbeing pulse factors at the end date. (Scores will persist even if there were no ratings in the time period selected)

Wellbeing Score - Variance

The change in the Wellbeing score based on the start date and end date of the time period selected.

Wellbeing Positive Movers

The number of Wellbeing pulse factors that have higher scores at the end date vs the start date.

Wellbeing Negative Movers

The number of Wellbeing pulse factors that have lower scores at the end date vs the start date.

Wellbeing Current Total At Risk Factors

The number of Wellbeing pulse factors that have scores below 50% at the end date.

Relationship Score

The overall score for all Relationship pulse factors at the end date. (Scores will persist even if there were no ratings in the time period selected)

Relationship Score - Variance

The change in the Relationship score based on the start date and end date of the time period selected.

Relationship Positive Movers

The number of Relationship pulse factors that have higher scores at the end date vs the start date.

RelationshipNegative Movers

The number of Relationship pulse factors that have lower scores at the end date vs the start date.

Relationship Current Total At Risk Factors

The number of Relationship pulse factors that have scores below 50% at the end date.

Productivity Score

The overall score for all Productivity (subjective) pulse factors at the end date. (Scores will persist even if there were no ratings in the time period selected)

Productivity Score - Variance

The change in the Productivity score based on the start date and end date of the time period selected.

Productivity Positive Movers

The number of Productivity pulse factors that have higher scores at the end date vs the start date.

Productivity Negative Movers

The number of Productivity pulse factors that have lower scores at the end date vs the start date.

Productivity Current Total At Risk Factors

The number of Productivity pulse factors that have scores below 50% at the end date.
