What is the performance passport?

Your Performance Passport is the home for your performance, relationship, wellbeing, and productivity data. It houses all your performance data in one place, so you can track your progress: the things you are doing well, and the things that need improvement.

Overview: The Radial Graph

The radial graph gives you an overview of the dimensions of your performance. It shows your performance factors data collected from your pulse survey results and your practice management system.

Psst! You can adjust the date range in the top right corner to view past results.

Performance Passport tabs

You can explore your performance passport in more detail using the tabs below the radial graph.

Measures

Your performance to target across additional measures (e.g. leave hours, non-billable hours)

Top & Bottom Factors

Your three highest-scoring and lowest-scoring pulse factors, and the percentage change compared to your previous pulses

Scores

Trends in your scores of all pulse factors

Movers

Pulse factor scores that are increasing and factor scores that are decreasing

Observations

A list of all observations you made in your pulse surveys

What you can do with your Performance Passport

  • Review: are you on track to meet your performance expectations?

  • Compare: how does your performance this month compare to this time last quarter?

  • Reflect: What do you think is contributing to your current performance? Is there anything you need to change?
