Review the pulse report

The actual Pulse report consists of three tabs: Analysis, Responses, and Detailed

Responses.

Analysis Tab

This tab provides a general overview of the Pulse results:

  • Overall Score and Response Rate: View the overall score and response rate to the Pulse survey at the top of the page.

  • Distribution of Pulse Results: This section shows the distribution of scores across all respondents.

  • Average Scores Across Factor Types: If you are using lead indicators v4, you'll see the average scores categorised into factors such as fulfilment, flow, capacity, connection, mindset, growth, and energy.

  • Distribution of Responses by Factor Categories: This graph shows how the respondents have rated various factor categories.

  • Heatmap: This visual representation uses colour coding (1-star in red to 5-stars in dark blue) to highlight the rating for each user against the factors.

  • Word Cloud: This graphical representation of word frequency provides an insight into the general sentiment of the respondents.

Responses Tab

This tab offers a more detailed breakdown of scores.

  • Grouped by Factor or User: The scores can be grouped either by factor (default) or by the user.

  • Filters on Ratings: You can apply filters on ratings to see, for instance, all 5-star rated factors by users or all 1-star or unrated factors.

  • Excluding Empty Observations: Choose to exclude empty observations and questions with no observations to focus only on relevant data.

Detailed Responses Tab

This final tab provides the Pulse results in tabular form:

  • Ratings Against Factors: Grouped by factor categories, this table displays each person's ratings against each factor.

Remember, to get the most out of your Pulse survey results, not only analyse the data but also act upon the insights gathered. Use the feedback received to drive improvements and boost overall performance within your organisation.
