The scheduled availability feature in Evey Events & Tickets is excellent if you have an event that you want only to start selling tickets for at a specific date/time, or you want to stop selling tickets sometime just before the event (such as one day before) to make sure your guest list doesn't change.
Under Event Settings, on the first tab, you'll see an option under your product status called "Schedule availability."
Hitting this button will open a popup that allows you to select when you'd like the product available for sale and when you'd like it to be *not* available for purchase.
You can choose from several options here:
Date
First, the date can be a specific date and time, or you can select a date relative to when the event starts or ends.
Availability method
Next, you can configure *how* the app will make the product available or not available for sale.
You can change the product status in Shopify: Active status for available, Draft status for not available, which makes the product visible or not visible on the storefront.
You can also choose to have the app set the inventory to a non-zero number to make the product available for sale or set the inventory to zero to make it not available for purchase.
Just hit save, and when the time comes, the product will become available or not available depending on how you set it up. As always, feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
