What Causes This?
When a background image is uploaded for the Apple Wallet pass, the font color setting doesn't apply correctly. The text defaults to white regardless of which color is selected in the customization settings.
There currently isn't a code-level override available for Apple Wallet styling, so the font color can't be forced manually while a background image is in use.
Recommended Workaround
Until this is resolved, the best way to avoid this issue is to not upload a background image in the Apple Wallet customization. Without a background image, the font color setting will display correctly.
