Welcome to Examply Plus! 🎉 This guide will walk you through the key steps to get started quickly and make the most of your paid plan features.


✅ Step 1: Set Up Your Account

  • Log in to your Examply account.

  • Confirm your email address (check your inbox for a verification link).

  • Update your profile with your name, role, and profile picture.

👉 Tip: A completed profile helps teammates recognize and collaborate with you easily.

✅ Step 2: Invite Your Team

  • Go to Team SettingsInvite Members.

  • Add teammates by email (no limit on members in Plus).

  • Assign roles (Admin, Member, Viewer).

👉 Collaboration works best when your entire team is in Examply.

✅ Step 3: Create Your First Project

  • Click “New Project” from the dashboard.

  • Give it a descriptive name (e.g., Marketing Q4 Plan or Website Redesign).

  • Choose a template (Plus includes access to pre-built templates).

👉 Templates save time and ensure best practices from the start.

✅ Step 4: Add and Assign Tasks

  • Break your project into tasks.

  • Assign tasks to teammates with due dates.

  • Add custom fields (available in Plus) for things like priority or status.

👉 Use @mentions in task comments to tag teammates and keep discussions focused.

✅ Step 5: Organize With Views

  • Use List view for straightforward task management.

  • Switch to Board view (Kanban) for workflow tracking.

  • Explore Calendar view to see deadlines at a glance.

👉 Views help different team members work in the way that suits them best.

✅ Step 6: Use Collaboration Tools

  • Share files (10 GB storage included per user).

  • Comment on tasks for real-time collaboration.

  • Enable email and chat notifications so you never miss an update.

✅ Step 7: Track Progress With Reporting

  • Open the Reports tab to see team productivity and progress.

  • Export reports for meetings or share directly with stakeholders.

  • Customize your reporting dashboard with filters and charts.

👉 This is a key Plus feature for keeping leadership informed.

  • Connect Examply to Slack, Google Drive, and other apps your team uses.
