Creating projects in Examply helps you organize your work and collaborate effectively with your team. Follow these clear steps to create a new project.


Steps to Create a Project

1. Log In to Examply

  • Action: Visit the Examply website and log in using your credentials.

  • New User: If you don’t have an account, sign up for a free trial.

2. Navigate to the Projects Dashboard

  • Action: After logging in, click on the Projects tab in the main menu.

3. Start a New Project

  • Action: Click the New Project button at the top right corner of the Projects Dashboard.

4. Fill in Project Details

Provide the following information:

  • Project Name: Choose a clear, descriptive name.

  • Description: Add a brief overview of the project’s purpose.

  • Team Members: Add collaborators by entering their email addresses or selecting them from your contacts.

  • Start and End Dates: Set a timeline by selecting start and end dates.

5. Configure Project Settings

  • Privacy Settings: Choose between public (visible to all) or private (only invited members) access.

  • Notifications: Set your preferences for updates on project progress and deadlines.

6. Add Tasks and Milestones

  • Action: Use the Add Task button to break your project into smaller tasks and milestones.

    • Assign tasks to team members.

    • Set deadlines and add descriptions or attachments.

7. Save and Launch the Project

  • Action: Once all details are filled in, click Save to create your project.

  • Result: The project will appear in your Projects Dashboard.
