Updated over 8 months ago

Running an operation allows users to download a comprehensive overview of various content metrics and reports. This feature is useful for exporting content, auditing standards, managing metadata, and tracking tasks outside of the CMS.

Operation Types

  1. Content Export: QTI export of an entire bank. This operation is used to export all content within an item bank in the QTI format, which is useful for sharing and transferring content between systems.

  2. Alignment Report: Export of the entire bank, including standards alignment. This report provides a detailed overview of how each item in the bank aligns with educational standards, making it easier to ensure compliance and consistency.

  3. Metadata Report: List of all items and any associated metadata. This report includes all items in the bank along with their metadata, such as creation dates, authors, and tags, providing a comprehensive view of your content.

  4. Task Item Report: List of currently open tasks and any associated metadata. This operation generates a report on all open tasks within the bank, including relevant metadata, to help manage ongoing work and track progress.
