Registration Types and Required Proof for Discounted Rates Eligibility

[1] Physician (Default Registration Type): No additional documentation is required.

[2] Allied Health Professionals: This category is intended for Nurses, Dieticians,

Dentists, Physiotherapists, Midwives, Industry executives, and other non-physician allied healthcare professionals. You must upload a letter from your employer confirming your workplace or a copy of your professional ID during registration.

[3] Low & Lower-middle Income Countries: This category is for physicians working in countries classified as low or lower-middle income according to the World Bank Country Classification. Please click HERE to see the Country Classification data. A letter from your employer verifying your workplace or a copy of your medical ID is required.

[4] Trainee & Resident: This category is for trainees and residents under 35. During online registration, you must submit a confirming letter from your supervisor or employer, along with a passport or ID, as proof of age.

[5] Undergraduate Student: This rate is strictly for undergraduate students in their initial university-level studies. If you have completed your first level of undergraduate studies and are currently a PhD student or a resident, you are not eligible for this rate. Submit a copy of your University Student ID with valid dates. To qualify for the undergraduate student rate, you must be 25 years old or younger and verified by a passport or ID.
