Written by Customer Success

By sending a workspace admin, manager, or member invitation, you can invite other members (Expandi users) to access your Workspace and help you manage LinkedIn accounts under it.

This will allow other users to see the workspace-related settings, billing, along with the LinkedIn accounts and companies that are added to the workspace, or only manage LinkedIn accounts under the workspace, or manage and add new LinkedIn accounts (depending on the role selected).

How to invite a member to be an admin, manager, or member of your workspace?

The steps on how to do it can also be found below:

  1. Click on the '+Add new' button and select an option, 'Invite member'

This can also be done by clicking on the + icon next to the 'Members' menu option on the left side of the screen:

  2. Under the 'Type of Invitation' drop-down menu, select the option 'Invite to join the entire Workspace'. This invite provides the user with complete visibility of all LinkedIn accounts under the specific workspace.

  3. Enter the email address of the user you'd like to invite to manage your workspace. Keep in mind that the email address you enter will be the one they use to log in to their Expandi account. If they do not have an account with this email yet, they'd have to create one.

  4. Select the access that you'd like to give with this role. There are 3 default (preset) roles available: Admin, Workspace manager, and Workspace member roles.

Admin - has control over workspace settings, roles, and permissions, and billing. They can also manage all LinkedIn accounts and companies added under the workspace.

Workspace manager - cannot see or edit permissions and billing settings. However, they can manage all LinkedIn accounts and companies under the workspace, as well as add new LinkedIn accounts.

Workspace member - cannot see and edit the roles, permissions, and billing settings of the workspace. However, they can manage all LinkedIn accounts and companies under the workspace. This role does not include permission to add new LinkedIn accounts.

  5. Once all the information is selected and filled out, click on the 'Invite and continue' button:

  6. After that, you'll get a notification that the invite was sent successfully:

Where to see the status of the invitation to manage my workspace?

You can check if the sent invitation is still pending or accepted by the user by clicking on the 'Members' menu item under your workspace:

This is how a pending invitation will look on the 'Members' page:

And this is how the accepted invitation will look:
