How to manage your bookings
Login to your group account and head to My Venues in the top Menu.
Click Manage Bookings next to any venue to view all current and past bookings for that location.
What's included in my booking
Clicking on the booking tile takes you to the booking’s profile page, where you’ll find more detailed information about what’s been booked.
You will see what assets are included.
And be able to download any digital assets (if included).
Status and Timings
The Status and Timings tab displays key details like the date, time, delivery address, and contact information.
The Tasks and Milestones section shows where the booking sits in the approval process, along with a list of assets due for delivery and their deadlines.
If there’s an issue with the proposed delivery, setup, or collection date or time, you can flag it directly in this section. This will trigger a notification to the delivery agency, prompting them to get in touch and arrange a new time.
Cancelling or rescheduling
You can also reschedule from this page (if settings allow) and cancel the booking.
