If you need to change the delivery address for a booking you’ve already placed - for example if you originally booked it to be delivered to the venue, but now plan to walk it in instead - please note that changes can only be made if the booking hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once it’s on its way, updates may no longer be possible.

Cancel the Booking (without notifying the venue):
If you need to quietly cancel the booking, you can do so without notifying the venue. Just make sure to add a cancellation note explaining the reason for the change.Rebook the Campaign:
