Brand Helpdesk: How to view campaign data across your wider company

Note: This information is only visible to Admin users (e.g. the customer marketing team).

How to Access the Data

  1. Go to Measure, Analytics and select the Overview tab.

  2. From here, you can select multiple companies from the dropdown within your Grandparent company to view broader data insights.

  3. Use the filter to view data by financial year.

Available Metrics

  • Total Activations – The total number of activations booked.

  • Planned Activations – Activations that have been booked but not yet completed.

  • Executed Activations – Activations that have already taken place.

  • Missed Opportunities – Bookings that were cancelled, left pending, or declined.

  • Executed Venues – The number of venues where activations were executed.

  • Total Activation Spend – The total spend, based on the Value of Campaign entered during campaign setup.
