Sign up groups/multiple venues as a brand rep

If you look after a group, and need 1 log-in for all venues, please follow these steps:

1) Do not sign up an individual venue with the email you want to use

2) Check if the group already exists by going to the venue and clicking edit.

3) Scroll down to Venue Company and search for the Group name and select it. Do this for all venues that need to be added to the group.
*It is helpful to let us know if you are adding a venue to a group as we can check we have an image for that venue so that when the group login, they can see an appropriate image tile per venue.

If the Group does not exist on the platform already:

1) Check with the customer that they agree to be signed up to the platform

2) Send us the group site list - we will need each venue name, ID, the email address for the Group admin and an email address per venue*

*If you can't provide an email address per venue, we will use an alternative method. The benefit of the latter is then GM's are also in the loop which saves your group admin the job of updating them with bookings.
