If you look after a group, and need 1 log-in for all venues, please follow these steps:
1) Navigate to Book, By Venue and search by the Unique ID for the venue to find it on the list. Select Edit.
2) Scroll down to Venue Company and search for the Group name and select it. Do this for all venues that need to be added to the group. *If you cannot find the Group, please see below.
If the Group does not exist on the platform already:
1) Check with the customer that they agree to be signed up to the platform
2) Send us the group site list - we will need each venue name, ID, the email address for the Group admin and an email address per venue*
