Please note that dates/times for POS deliveries are not guaranteed.

Event dates and times are guidelines, however should be fairly accurate.

How to change the dates/times requested
Once an event has been accepted, you can't yet change the time or dates on the platform without cancelling and re-booking.

However, you can do this by getting in contact with the brand & agency involved.

To do this, please flag an issue with the booking.


  • This will send an alert to the delivery agency and brand that something is wrong and your contact details will be provided to them automatically

  • The brand or agency partner will then get in touch so that the event logistics can be worked out appropriately 

  • If your change is accepted, it's likely that they will cancel your order and put it back through as a new order
