Event dates and times are guidelines, however should be fairly accurate.
How to change the dates/times requested
Once an event has been accepted, you can't yet change the time or dates on the platform without cancelling and re-booking.
However, you can do this by getting in contact with the brand & agency involved.
To do this, please flag an issue with the booking.
This will send an alert to the delivery agency and brand that something is wrong and your contact details will be provided to them automatically
The brand or agency partner will then get in touch so that the event logistics can be worked out appropriately
If your change is accepted, it's likely that they will cancel your order and put it back through as a new order
