Please note that dates/times for POS deliveries are not guaranteed.
Event dates and times are guidelines, however should be fairly accurate.
How to change the dates/times requested
Navigate to the booking by heading to Manage, My Bookings and selecting Status & Timings for the booking you need to change.
Scroll down to the Reschedule section.
Click Reschedule and this will take you through to a section where you can select an alternative date, or change the delivery times - depending on the type of booking it is.
Once you select the updated times/dates, the booking request goes back to the agency(ies) and you will receive an email notification once the booking in confirmed.
Flagging an issue
In this section you can also flag an issue with the booking.
This will send an alert to the delivery agency and brand that something is wrong and your contact details will be provided to them automatically
The brand or agency partner will then get in touch so that the event logistics can be worked out appropriately
If your change is accepted, it's likely that they will cancel your order and put it back through as a new order
