Unfortunately, brands or agencies sometimes need to cancel bookings - this could be due to a problem with delivery or a broken / damaged asset. 


We apologise for any inconvenience caused but unfortunately cannot offer any compensation, ourselves. This is at the discretion of the brand involved.


We recommend speaking to your sales rep to understand if it's possible to reschedule or look at other options.
