Venue helpdesk: How do I book / Why can't I book anything?

At the moment, only sales reps can book for you

This article has been written for venue users.

If you are unable to see the Experience This marketplace (where all experiences can be found and booked), it is because you have a General account.

A General account, ie. a Viewing Only account, can only book activations or events via their sales rep.

At the moment, all venues have General accounts.

How do I book an event?

If you would like to book something, please contact your sales rep directly.
