Our packages vary, but you can find a complete list of what’s included by following the steps below.

We'll also remind you of what's included in your confirmation email, and a reminder email sent 1 week before the expected delivery/event date.


What's included?

If you aren't sure what is included, you can find out by following these steps..

1) Sign in to your account on Experience This

2) On the menu, choose 'Your Bookings'

3) For the booking in question, click 'About the experience'

4) This will open the profile of the experience or activation

-You can see what is included in the 'This experience provides' section.

-There might also be more information in the description

What is not included

Typically, you will be expected to get any stock or ingredients required.

You will also typically need to provide items like menus, glassware and cutlery, unless otherwise specified.
