We recommend that you follow these steps:
Sign in to your account on Experience This
On the menu, choose Manage, My Bookings
For the booking in question, click 'Status & timings'
4. Flag an issue - This will send a flag to any stakeholders involved who should then get in contact with you
For example, if your delivery is late or incorrect items have been delivered, flagging the asset delivery task will send an alert to the delivery agency and brand that something is wrong. Your contact details will be provided to them automatically.
