What to do if there are delivery issues with your order

We're really sorry to hear your package isn't with you yet! We want to make sure you have the best experience possible with your order and we'll do everything we can to make sure this gets resolved asap.

That said, we cannot guarantee certain delivery dates or times as this is at the discretion of the brand and their delivery partner.



Non-urgent deliveries

If you are expecting a non-urgent delivery, please allow more time to receive this. Brands don't typically work to set delivery dates or times for POS items.

Event-based deliveries/issues

If you are expecting something required for a certain date (ie. an event), we recommend that you follow these steps to raise an issue

Urgent Issues

If you haven’t received your package within 24 hours of a required date (i.e. before an event) or you haven't received a response to a flagged issue, then please email us on info@experiencethis.co or message us on our chat widget. We’ll get investigating straight away!
