This article is for brand users who want to know:

How to add a team member

To add a team member, navigate to the Team section of your account using the menu on the left-hand side panel of Experience This.

You will be able to see an overview of your team. You can add a team member by clicking the Add Team Member button which will open a form where you can add a team member’s name and email address, and select whether they are 'Admin or General' (see below).

This will send them over an email with a password, which they will need to change on first login.

What can team members do?

There are two types of team members in the brand account.

Admin: Admin team members have full functionality. They can create/edit campaigns, create/edit budgets, sign up venues, book and accept booking requests.

We recommend that managers are admin users - particularly activation managers. In this case, Admin users can add either an Admin or General team member, and edit all territories.

General: General team members will be able to sign up venues, request activations, and will be kept in the loop about their progress. They will not be able to create/edit campaigns or create their own budgets (although they can use budgets to pay if they are allocated a budget by an admin user).

We recommend that sales reps are general users.

What else will the user need to use the platform?

1.Training - When a sales user logs on to the platform, they will see a playlist of helpful videos on their dashboard.

2.Targets - Make sure to add their associated targets into the campaigns or send them to the ET team to update for you.

3. Territory - as detailed here.

*If its a new territory, or the territory needs updating, please provide the latest Masterfile to be uploaded (1 week turnaround).

4. Please let us know you have added them so we can add them to our comms list.
