The process to add a new venue to the list

We have pre-loaded in your masterfile to make your life easy and will refresh this regularly however there is a chance that this won't always be up to date with the latest changes.

  1. First, let's make sure the venue really isn't there.

Go to 'Book' on your menu, search in the search bar - it's sensitive to apostrophes and misspelling, and it will have the same name as on the masterfile. We recommend searching by the venue ID rather than the name for this reason.

If the venue is not showing, try switching the toggle from My Venues to All Venues. Make sure you don't have any other filters on.

If you want to add the venue to My Venues, take a look at the section below.

2. If it's still not coming up, you could ask us on the IM to check the Venue ID number against the masterfile we have to confirm. You can also update the name by following these instructions.

3. If it really is not there, to add a new venue, follow these steps here to add a venue.

Note: If the venue is newly added, it might not be targeted with all the right campaigns so let us know on the IM widget when you have added a new venue, particularly if you think something is missing, and we can set this up for you.

How to add the venue to 'My Venues' list

If the venue is showing under 'All Venues', simply toggle on 'My account' to add this to your my venues list.
