2.I have signed up my venue, and it says 'No results available'

This typically is because:

  • the venue's postcode is incorrect and look like it's outside of the country, therefore it thinks there is no experiences for this country

  • the venue's group is not on the approved list of groups for the brand company

  • you don't have any targets

We can fix this for you if you instant messenger us.

3.I have signed up my venue, and I can't see a certain campaign on the marketplace

This will be because of the targeting chosen by the activation team.

If you disagree and think this venue is perfect for the activation, we can change this for you - just IM us.

4.I have signed up my venue and it still shows the red email icon and isn't showing the email address I added

Firstly, double check it's the right venue you have searched for by searching the venue list with their venue ID or name. If still the case, ask the team on the IM to look into this for you.
