When booking an Event, you will noticed that the calendar says 'Select your preferred event date'
Use the calendar on the campaign page to choose the venues preferred date and available time slots and click Book Now.
You might have to fill out a request form on the next page - this is often the case if it's a high value event. For more information on this, see this article

The date and time slot is not guaranteed but the agency will communicate with the venue is any changes need to take place, and then event will then be rescheduled.
