Rescheduling your event when you need to change the date.

To reschedule your booking, sign in and head to the Your Bookings section. Here you can see what you have booked and revisit the information, or make changes.

To reschedule, click on the Status & Timings button.

Click on the reschedule button.

And choose your new dates.

The timings are to give agency an indication of your opening hours so they don't deliver when you are closed.

After selecting the new dates and times, if this booking included a booking form, you will be given the chance to update any answers submitted, such as'

  • the context for the booking for the brand to review

  • assets and quantities required where flexible assets are included

  • any special requests or delivery notes for the agency

Your request will then be sent on to the Agency who will confirm or come back to you with alternative details if needed.

Once confirmed you will receive a confirmation email.
