Venue Helpdesk: how to reschedule my booking

Rescheduling your event when you need to change the date.

To reschedule your booking, sign in and head to the Manage, My Bookings section. Here you can see what you have booked and revisit the information, or make changes.

To reschedule, click on the Status & Timings button.

Scroll down and click on the reschedule button.

Choose your new dates and/or update the timings. These are to give the agency an indication of your opening hours so they don't deliver when you are closed.

Your request will then be sent on to the Agency who will confirm or come back to you with alternative details if needed.

Once confirmed you will receive a confirmation email.
