How to mark an asset as damaged
When an asset is ready to be collected asset from a venue after an experience, you will receive the below email.
Click the Return Asset button and you will be taken to the Return Asset popup on the Asset Inventory.
Here you can mark the asset as returned, or damaged.
If the asset is marked as damaged, the availability for that asset will be affected until it has been marked as repaired.
How to mark an asset as repaired
To mark the asset as repaired, go to the asset inventory and search for the asset. Click on the hyperlinked number in the Damaged column.
In the pop-up search bar, search for the event in which the asset was originally damaged. These will appear in a dropdown.
When the correct event is selected, you will see the details displayed below.
Enter the number of assets you are repairing / Click the + button to get to the right number, and then click the Mark As Repaired button.
This will then update the availability of the asset to be available again.
