How to confirm, cancel or reschedule bookings not in your territory

1) Sign in here

2) Go to Booking Requests and search by Ship To or Campaign name to find the booking. Switch the dropdown from My Requests to All Requests - this will look at bookings across the company rather than just for your territory.

3) Click on the booking and it will open up the detail.

4) Scroll down to the Payment section. Here you can add a budget code to confirm the booking, or decline.

If you are not the Brand Approver for the campaign, you will need a Budget Code in order to confirm the booking.
