The Rep Allocation feature is designed so you can allocate a specific number of assets per sales rep. This is available for all campaign types except the mass-book feature (coming soon), and those with staff which it currently doesn't support.

When you get to the What's Included section when setting up your campaign you will see the option to select the assets allocated to be based on Rep Allocations.

Follow the instructions and download the template.

Fill in the template with:

  • the email address for the sales rep you want to target

  • the Asset Code for the assets you want to allocate. See below info on how to find these.

  • the allocation number of assets per user

To find the Asset Code, go to Assets on the menu on the left.

Search for the asset name.

Click to open the asset details and copy the asset code into your spreadsheet.

When your sheet is ready with the info you need in it, download it as a CSV and upload it to the campaign.

This will automatically add the sales users as targeted stakeholders and you can increase their bookings target, or leave as 0 to not set any specific target.

The sales users will only be able to book their allocated assets, and only those users targeted will be able to see the campaign.
