When you add an activity you can assign a stakeholder so they are aware of the activity.

To do this simply hover in the top right hand of the activity window to activate the stakeholder option add the user name in the stakeholder field within the activity window.

Click email if you wish the stakeholder to be notified by email with a direct link to the activity.

Click to do and the activity will appear in their to do list as a purple tile for their reference.
