Reward your team for performance by setting activity-based KPI targets that can be measured weekly, quarterly & monthly

Once you have assigned roles for each user, and mapped relevant KPIs to specific activities

It's time to set the KPI activity targets

Click on the User profile and scroll to Activity Targets

Click Add to set the date range,

Give the KPI period a name, also include the user name for ease of reference, and click save
