Rubrics are shared upfront. You’ll submit interim checkpoints for feedback and a final deliverable—often a presentation or written report. Company reviewers focus on industry relevance; Extern staff grade clarity, rigor, and completeness. Feedback can come at any point during the externship, depending on when you submit your work. Awards are issued at least three weeks after your cohort's official end date.
