Your Program Manager and the Extern Quality Team review rubric scores, participation logs and progress‑bar data within two weeks after the externship end date. Awards, including the Top Performer Award, are issued at least three weeks after your cohort's official end date.
NOTE: All cohorts with start dates prior to May 26th, 2025 are NOT eligible for an award.
