The Completer Award is all about completing the core requirements. Top Performers still meet the 100 % requirement and earn an evaluator score of ≥ 4 / 5 across all rubric categories. The Top Performer Award is for those who go a step further—showing strong participation, consistently thoughtful work, and initiative.
NOTE: All cohorts with start dates prior to May 26th, 2025 are NOT eligible for an award.
