How to edit an order before it has been confirmed by the wholesaler

Before a wholesaler confirms delivery on an order on EzriRx, you still have a short window of time to make changes without the need to cancel the order and replace it. 

If the order was created within the past hour and the wholesaler has not yet viewed the order on their end, you will see an "Edit order" button. If the button is not available it means the wholesaler has already confirmed the order on their end, in which case you will need to cancel or create a return request.

How do I edit an order?

To edit an order, click into the order and you will see a blue "Edit order" button in the top right corner of the page

What can I change about the order?

  1. Products: You can easily increase or decrease quantity, or remove a product from your order completely.

2. Payment method: You can switch the payment method used to any other available payment method.

3. Delivery method: Need your order faster? No problem. You can also easily change the delivery method. 

Note: If the order falls below the wholesalers order minimum, you won't be able to save the edits you made, and if it falls below the shipping method originally selected, you will need to select the next available option for delivery.

If you want to hold off on the order being processed, you can always cancel the order and come back to it at a later time.
