If your car still has an active manufacturer’s warranty and needs repairs, it’s generally best to start with that coverage first, since manufacturer warranties are typically designed to cover issues specific to the initial years of the vehicle’s life. Simply contact your dealership or manufacturer’s service center to file a claim under that warranty.

Fair™ is there to pick up where your manufacturer’s warranty leaves off, covering eligible repairs that aren’t included or when the manufacturer’s coverage expires. If you’re unsure whether a repair is covered by Fair™ or your manufacturer, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to help clarify!
