Fair™ provides comprehensive breakdown protection for your vehicle, but certain items and situations are not covered under our plans. These exclusions include:

  • Routine Maintenance: Services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake pads, and other regular upkeep are not covered.

  • Cosmetic Repairs: Issues like paint damage, dents, upholstery wear, and other aesthetic concerns are excluded.

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: Problems that existed before your coverage began are not eligible for claims.

  • Damage from Accidents or External Events: Repairs needed due to collisions, vandalism, weather events, or other external causes fall under auto insurance, not Fair’s protection.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Damage resulting from aftermarket parts or modifications not approved by the manufacturer is not covered.

  • Wear-and-Tear Items: Components like brake pads, tires, and wiper blades, which naturally wear out over time, are excluded.

For a detailed list of exclusions and to understand the full scope of your coverage, please refer to your Fair™ plan documents or contact our customer service team.
