Add your team members to Fair HQ to allow them to access the platform and work collaboratively.

Permissions / privacy

All team members will have access to everything in Fair HQ except adding more team members and the billing details. They'll see all information you've uploaded about Employees (which may include salary) and the same Reports as you do. They can also edit the Company Assessment, send Survey reminders, and so on.

How to add a team member

The Team Owner can find the Team page in the settings menu by clicking their profile icon at the top right whilst logged into Fair HQ.

  1. The Team Owner has an Add Member button at the top of the page, clicking this button opens an email invite box (at the bottom of the member list).

  2. Enter the email of the person and click Invite.
