We set a high bar at Fair HQ. The benchmarks we score you against are pretty aspirational:
50/50 gender balance
31% representation of underrepresented ethnic groups.
We score you against how well you hit these benchmarks at every level of your organisation, from bottom to top. We didn't pluck these numbers from thin air — these figures are based on the representation of groups in the wider workforce.
There's a lot of nuance when it comes to diversity. There's no one-size-fits-all and 'good' will look different depending on your context, such as your particular niche, maturity or location. You may want to compare yourself against a totally different set of standards.
That's why we've put together a library of benchmarks so that you can see how well you're doing compared to others in your location and industry.
