How do I see what scores & insights change over time?

If you've completed more than one round of employee surveys, you can compare the data and monitor the changes.

We recommend launching a new Employee Survey every 6 months to keep your finger on the pulse of your business and understand the impact of your changes.

You can view all completed Employee Surveys by navigating to the Audit; Employee Survey screen, or by clicking here.


Comparing Surveys

  • Click on the "Survey Completed" line for the survey you'd like to compare

  • Click the "View Results" button

Note that the default view will compare your selected survey to the most recent survey. You can manipulate the view with the drop-down toggle to compare different time-frames.


What has changed?

You can now see a comparison of positive and negative changes in areas between the two selected sessions.
