Why am I not receiving emails?

Ensure you're set up to receive emails from us.

Emails play a big role in how we communicate with you and your team: verifying your email, employee survey invites, product updates, and helping you troubleshoot issues.

How to permit our emails

If you have an IT person or team managing email for your company they'd likely do this for you, please share this article with them.

  • Add the following domains to your Safe Senders list:

    • @fairhq.co

    • @fair-hq.intercom-mail.com

  • Ensure the above domains are not in your Blocked Senders list

If only some users are not receiving emails from us, have them check their individual safe senders/blocked senders list and spam folder in their email account.

Employee Survey

The employee survey is sent from hello@fairhq.co. We strongly recommend your employees add this email address to their contacts or safe sender list as their email account allows to ensure they receive their invites.
