Add a New Member of Staff to Your Center in Famly
๐ To add staff, you'll need the Create Children and Staff permission enabled.
When a new member of staff starts at your center, you will need to invite them to Famly. To start creating their profile:
Click on the Home icon in your sidebar
Select Staff
Click on
Add employee
Enter the new member of staff's name and email address (we recommend a work email address)
You will then choose what type of access this member of staff has in Famly, by choosing the type of login they have (To do this, you'll need the Manage logins for staff permission enabled). You can also choose just to add them, and send a login later.

Setting a New Staff Member's Role and Permissions
Each member of staff in your center can be assigned a role and different permissions within the app. You can create your own roles in Famly and then assign these roles various permissions. To find out more about how to set this up here.
