The Pay-at-Gate feature allows you to process orders at the turnstile, making it ideal for:
✅ Recording accurate sales.
✅ Connecting to a Teya card machine to take card payments at the gate.
How to Use Pay-at-Gate
Open the Fanbase Scanner App.
Tap the burger menu (☰) in the top-left corner and select ‘Scan Tickets’.
Set up your scanner for the correct fixture and area, then click ‘Begin Scanning’.
Select ‘Pay at Gate’.
Add tickets to the basket and process the payment using cash or card
If you are connected to a Teya device the amount will automatically be sent to your Teya terminal
If you are using an unconnected payment terminal, you will need to manually type in the payment amount and take the payment on your terminal before confirming in the Fanbase app
