How to Transfer Points

The points transfer system allows you to send your earned points to other users through the ticket transfer interface.

What the fan needs:

  • You must have points available in your account balance

  • You need the recipient's account information

Step-by-step

  1. Access the Transfer Interface

    • Navigate to your tickets in the wallet

    • Look for the "Ticket Transfer" option

  2. Initiate the Transfer

    • Select the ticket/points you want to transfer

    • Enter the recipient's details

    • Specify the number of points to transfer (e.g., 20 points)

  3. Confirm the Transfer

    • Review the transfer details

    • Submit the transfer request

    • Your point balance will immediately drop by the transferred amount

  4. Verify Transfer Completion

    • Check your wallet/profile to confirm the points have been deducted

    • The transfer will appear in your transaction history

For the recipient:

  1. Receive Transfer Notification

    • You'll receive notification of the incoming points transfer

    • Check your wallet or profile section

  2. Accept or Reject Transfer

    • Navigate to your wallet, where you'll see pending transfers

    • Choose to either accept or reject the transfer

    • If you accept, Points will be added to your balance

    • If you reject, the Points automatically return to the sender

  3. Confirm Receipt

    • Refresh your profile page to see the updated balance

    • Transfer history will show "Received from [Sender Name]"

    • Points are now available for your use

Important Notes

  • QR Code Generation: Transferred tickets will generate QR codes normally

  • Transfer History: All transfers are tracked and visible in both sender and recipient accounts

  • Balance Updates: You may need to refresh the page to see updated point balances

  • Rejection Process: Rejected transfers automatically return points to the original sender
