How to Transfer Season Tickets

Fanbase allows fans to transfer season tickets to family and friends quickly and easily—right from their Fanbase wallet.

How to Transfer a Season Ticket

  1. Log in to your Fanbase account and tap ‘Wallet’ at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click ‘View Tickets’ on the season tickets you’d like to transfer.

  3. Select ‘Transfer Ticket’ at the bottom of the ticket.

  4. Tick the tickets you'd like to transfer and then tap ‘Next’.

⚠️ Note: Fans can only transfer multiple tickets from the same order. If they have multiple orders for the same season ticket, they will need to transfer each one individually.


You’ll now see two options for how to transfer the ticket:

a) Transfer via Link

This is the default option for first-time transfers. A fan will receive a unique link to send to their friend.

  • Once successfully transferred, the recipient will appear as a contact for future transfers.

b) Transfer to a Contact

After selecting the ticket and clicking ‘Next’, a list of saved contacts will appear.

  • Tick the contact you want to transfer to and select ‘Send’.


How to Cancel a Ticket Transfer

If a fan wants to cancel a transfer, they can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to their Fanbase account and tap ‘Wallet’.

  2. Click ‘View Tickets’ on the transferred ticket.

  3. Tap ‘Cancel the Transfer’ at the bottom of the ticket.


How to Receive a Transferred Ticket

Receiving via Link

  1. Click on the shared transfer link.

  2. Select ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’.

  3. If not already logged in, log in or register a Fanbase account.

  • If accepted, the ticket will appear in the fan's wallet.

  • If rejected, the ticket will be returned to the sender.

Receiving via Contact

  1. Log in to Fanbase and tap ‘Wallet’.

  2. Select ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’.

  • Once accepted, the ticket will appear in the wallet.

  • If rejected, it returns to the original sender.


How to View Transferred Tickets in the Admin Portal

Admins can view ticket transfers in the Orders section of the admin dashboard.

  • You’ll be able to see which tickets have been sent for transfer and which have been accepted.

  • For a transferred order, click ‘Order Notes’ to see which original order the ticket came from.
