Bulk orders allow clubs to sell away tickets by printing them and sending them to the opposition club to sell on match day.
To use this feature, contact Fanbase Support and ask them to enable Bulk Printing and Adjustments for your club.
How to create a bulk order
Go to New Order.
Select the relevant fixture or event.
Choose Bulk Order.
Select the ticket types you want to include.
Select the reason for the order.
Review and confirm the order.
Once you've created the bulk order, you'll need to print the tickets. Follow our guide on [How to bulk print tickets] for instructions.
How to adjust a bulk order
If you don't sell all the tickets from your bulk order, you can adjust the order to account for the tickets that weren't sold.
For example, if you create a bulk order for 100 tickets but only sell 90, you can adjust the order for the remaining 10 tickets.
To process an adjustment:
Go to All Orders in your admin dashboard.
Find the bulk order you want to adjust.
Select Manage Order.
Select Adjust Order.
Enter the adjustment for the number of tickets that weren't sold and confirm.
Once the adjustment is complete, the updated order will be reflected in your records.
Top tip : Make sure you adjust your bulk order to reflect the tickets actually sold and scanned, so your records accurately reflect match day sales.
