How does external ticket importing work?
The away team sells their tickets through their own platform
The away team can continue to sell their allocation through their own ticketing platform. They can manage their own ticket types, prices and priority rules, so you don't need to set up or manage their sales process within Fanbase.
The tickets are uploaded to Fanbase
Once the away team has completed their sales, they can provide you with the relevant ticket information.

Once you click 'upload file' you should be able to see this in your order list.

Please ensure that the file is saved as a CSV, as Fanbase does not support any other type of file.
Please ensure that file column names match the list above.
There is a small fee charged for using External Ticket Imports, please refer to the billing section of your portal!
3. Scan the tickets through Fanbase
Once the tickets have been imported, they can be scanned using the Fanbase scanning app in the same way as your other tickets.
This means you don't need to print physical tickets or manually check tickets at the gate.
4. View your ticket information and reports
The imported tickets will also be included in your Fanbase scanning and reporting, giving you a clearer view of the tickets that have been issued and scanned for the fixture.
