Guest-checkout enables fans to buy standard event and fixture tickets on the app without creating an account.
They will still need to put in their email address to receive the tickets. In this case, the Fan order will appear as "Guest" in the Orders view.
However it is important to note that Fans cannot buy Hospitality and Season Tickets on the app without creating a login. The reason behind this is that knowing your Fans particularly those who are buying Hospitality and Season Tickets is important.
A club admin will be able to process any ticket type (Standard, Hospitality or Season) for an Anonymous Fan through the Admin Portal. Please note: you will have to manually distribute the tickets if you use this option.
Guest checkout can be enabled or disabled by getting in touch with the Support team (use the chat icon bottom right).
